1. Do you have a shop I can visit?
Costume Alley is open 24hrs a day for you to order at www.CostumeAlley.com.au. We do have a warehouse and office space located south of Sydney however, we do not have facilities for you to browse or to try on costumes.
2. How do I know which size is right for me?
Each costume brand can fit a little differently. To help with sizing we have a very extensive range of size charts specific to the supplier for each of our costumes. The size charts feature on each individual costume page. We recommend comparing measurements as this is the most accurate way to find a size that will be just right for you.
3. When will you be getting more in stock?
Our buyers are always working hard to get the latest, greatest and most unique costumes and accessories for your needs. All stock is replenished as quickly as possible. If you have an enquiry regarding an individual costume or accessory, please dont hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team and they will liaise with the buyers to give you the most accurate information possible.
4. Can I get a refund if the costume is not suitable?
Of course! We have a No Worries, 30 Day Return policy. You can return any costume and most accessories any time within 30 days for a full refund, minus the original postage. The only condition is that it must be in its original unworn condition and in its original intact packaging. You can return your costume to us by following the instructions on our returns page. Please note that the refund amount applies to product(s) purchased only, any shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. Can I exchange for a different size?
The way to exchange is that you first need to go online and re-order the costume you need in the new size. This is to ensure that you can secure that item (popular items sell out quickly), and we can get it out to you as quickly as possible. Then you can return the item you have back to us.
6. How can I pay for my order?
Our preferred payment is via Paypal, which is the fastest and easiest way to pay online. Paypal also provides a service to redirect payment through your credit or debit card. If you dont have a Paypal account, visit www.paypal.com and sign up. Its super easy! If you still have issues please contact our customer service team.
7. How can I track my order?

8. When will I receive my order?
If you live in a metropolitan area Australia-Wide and you place your order before 3.00pm Sydney time on a business day, you should receive your parcel the next business day. If you are in a regional area your delivery may take up to 4 business days to reach you.
